kk i eat...maybe not likea pig but i do eat...alot!!!how do you guys manage to KEEP the weight??!!plzz help!!

kk i did gain weight this one time when i was living on pork....but it just doesnt stay on!!

the only time i ever really kept the weight is when i was eating healthy and lifting weights.....building muscle...muscle is alot more dense so it takes alot less muscle than it would fat to gain a few pounds...for a lady just use light to moderate weights......work every body part in groups so you get at least three days rest per body part.........if you work your whole body for two or three months.....or bigger muscle groups like legs and back you can gain five.. ten pounds easy...... but as you get in better shape your body will start to burn fat quicker........... if you have troubled areas concentrate on the muscles in that area they will demand calories witch they will get from the surrounding area........burning fat for calories....you dont have to make them big muscles....just tight enough to realize that they are there.......if you starve yourself your body burns fat......but it also burns muscle.....basicly you waste away unless you keep a healthy diet

Why would you want to get fat?

Other than eating you also need to exercise. Actually exercising would allow you to gain weight since muscle is 5 times heavier than fat. Exercising regularly and eating HEALTHILY will help you gain and keep a healthy weight (unless you are really trying to be fat).

Just to throw it out for you, if you want to get fat, just eat as much greasy, salty, sugary foods and drinks you can find and sit on your couch all day. Then it'll be easy to achieve that.

Eat and no exercise at all. i also have this problem can't keep weight on me. I'm 18 weighting at 129, 5'9".

Meat and potatoes girl they are the best to fatten ya up but i dont understand why ya would want to. I guess some have to. GOOD LUCK
