Dads just been to the butchers and dropped me off some steak mince, pork chops, steak and a chicken. can't decide which to cook and which to freeze for later in the week.

Eat the steak! Coat it with black peppercorns, grill it.. Cook some baby new potatoes and prepare some salad.. buy yourself some peppercorn sauce as well. YUM.

Cook the pork chops in the oven in a oven bag. Add potatoes, onions, peppers with the pork chops and you got yourself a relatively easy to clean up meal but wonderfully tender pork chops.

use the steak mince today make some fat meat balls and serve wit some chunky home made chips, drizzled in a thick tomato sauce check my 360 page for an easy and quick tomato sauce recipe but rember to be creative when making the sauce try something different in like chocalte,

Chicken 1st.
For other meats such as pork, fatty fish ( like cod and tuna )
they need some time for the flavours to mature.
So it is better to leave them in the freezer.
Chicken goes bad quicker, and loses its fresh flavour fast, so cook it 1st.

ok, save the chicken for sunday dinner, why not have shepherds pie tonight, steak sandwiches for lunch tomorrow and pork chops tomorrow night? god i'm starving!
