and it takes me ages to wake up. I feel 'floppy'.
Anyone else with the same symptoms?
Is this normal with these drugs?

Go back to the doc and tell them. In my surgery there is a leaflet asking people to report side effects however small and even if you only think they are related to the drugs because the are not mentioned on the packet.
The side effects listed are only ones that affect more people and everone is difrent so it could be the tablets

3 years ago, I was diagnosed - hypertension with a reading of 160/100. I used to feel dizzy a lot, my legs had awful cramps, and levels were very low in my potassium, causing my fingers and toes to always cramp together. One day I started to feel really faint while I was driving with my daughter in the back seat and I passed out, hitting 3 cars and ending up in a ditch. That moment,I knew I had to do something because my meds weren't working. I heard about this diet from a friend and thought I'd give it a shot. The results have been remarkable. In just 21 days, I honestly can't remember feeling this good, my blood pressure went from 175/110 to 125/70.

Your BP is fine and does not require any medication. If your BP goes over 140/90 that is too high and requires medication. Low BP is a BP below 90/60. A BP of 101/65 is much better than 120/80 that is deemed to normal, OK and acceptable.

Ask my wife about dealing with high blood pressure. She dealt with it very effectively without cramming killer drugs down her throat!

No side effects (she's nuts anyway), and great improvements to her general health ...... apart from her being bonkers of course.

It does annoy me to hear of these things still being pumped into people, your body isn't designed to use it.

No cure, just scientifically validated common sense. If you want some information (or to talk to the wifething) just drop me an e-mail up there by my profile.
Good luck.
