An expression, "if you have it why not flaunt it". "They can only look but can't touch".

Question

I said this expression to many of my girlfriends. Some agree and some don't, I say the ratio is 50 to 50.
I still have doubt in my saying whether it is correct.
I guess it depends on the type of the ladies if they are a bit daring they would agree with me but on the contrary if they are shy they will disagree.
Obviously, it is better to have it than not. This way you may choose when and who you do want to show off.
