On Friday, on my way to work, I had a severe nervour attack. My face was twitching, my body was shaking, and I had tremors in my hands, head, and face. Since then. the symptoms come and go. What could be going on?

Please see a doctor. Chances are it is a panic attack. They are just awful, but don't do any damage and can be treated. But first you must rule out anything else.
Best wishes.
Let me know what happens plz. delise@flash.net

Seriously you might have something wrong. You should see a doctor as soon as you can, don't waste anymore time looking for answers on here. It could be something serious, or you have some emotional or head issues. Either way, its the only body you have.

While the doctor rules out any serious medical problem, I recommend my get better program: 1) a high potency multivitamin-multimineral, 2) calcium-magnesium-zinc pills 3 times daily with meals, 3) B50 complex one daily til your panic subsides and you feel significantly improved, 4) a good broad spectrum essential fatty acid supplement daily, and 5) a good broad spectrum antioxidant pill twice daily.
monavie juice helps some people who suffer from 'nerves'.

I think a shrink would call it a panic attack. If you're dependent on drugs or alcohol, they will greatly exacerbate the symptoms. I would see a shrink first, and see what they suggest ie is it neurological, emotional, etc. Good Luck!

you need to get to the doctor asap. i'm not a doctor but what you are describing sounds like seizure like activity
he can best evaluate you and probally sent you to a neurologist who can run some tests on you to see what is going on.
