Yeah. Get some plasters and cover your nipples next time you run. Your nipples are bleding from chaffing. Cover them with plasters and they wont chaff. Try a new shirt as well. It sounds like you are wearing something way too rough. Stay away from nylon and vynil. Wear cotton! Get a good anti perspirant deodorant and spray it over your chest too. That should definitely help!

Two things help in my experience:
1) Vaseline rubbed onto the nipples before running
2) Wearing cotton rather than synthetic fabric

New mothers use a cream to toughen their nipples for breastfeeding. I can't remember what it's called. But your condition is known as Jogger's Nipple and is quite common. You need to toughen them up!
I suppose the bandaids could work if you're hairless.

Wear a good sports bra and/or put a sticking plaster over them; the latter works well for men too.

You could be a wet-nurse for a vampire child! That's a rare and highly-specialized employee skill, I wouldn't try to cure or prevent it if I were you. Radiohead claims to drink young blood in one of their titles--there's a king's ransom in that I tell you.

it happens from the friction.......only thing i can think of is a adhesive bandage big enough to cover the area.........band-aid or tape and a gauze pad cut to whatever size you want......one made for water would be best cause you might sweat
