we still care for you women ......but years of programming tells us to hide our emotions and act like a jerk...... when the true is that we are hurting..... and it hurts even more to see you everyday knowing that we have lost something great........ but that is when ones in love

because you don't turn off your feelings like a faucet!!usually when a girl wants to be friends with the ex she dumped him!! and expects him to swallow the rejection of being dumped!!when have had the cake and then told to just sit and watch as others get the cake is cruel and unusual treatment as band in the Gineva Accord. If he still has feelings all he will is experience hurt on a daily basis and why do you expect him to go through that!!
feels don't change they just get pushed to the back until something brings them back to the front and that is seeing the person again!!!

If he dumped her and said lets be friends you're telling me she would be fine with that . NOT!!!!

I depends with some guys, but I know some guys just feel akward after breaking up with a girl, and especially if they were the one broken up with, they may still have feelings for the girl and it may be hard for them to look at her just as a friend. All other guys would just have to be jerks.

Because after a break-up, we men need time to regroup our self confidence, YES, we have feelings too. This is what we men call as "cave-time". We need to craw into our little cave and stress, cry, hit, beg, and stuff, before all is better.

Give the guy time and he will come around. Cave time often do us good, it gives us reasons to be stronger, better, and resilient to futures pains. It's truly not out of hate, its pain that we need to do on our own.

Let him know that YOU WILL BE THERE when he wants to talk, reassure him, then let him be. He will come around. With smiles and all.

i don't mean to be harsh but
what do you expect?
my ex and i didn't talk for a long time
but WE came around and dropped the BS and just concentrated on the children
after all they are more important
yes it was hard but $hit happens
if there r no kids, its probably a bit of pain and insecurities
my ex didn't want to be Friends at first and it took along time
time heals all wounds...
