Hes really.. really.. open. Like he will randomly start talking about stuff like how he does like cold showers because it makes it dick get smaller..or how big it is.. and thats cool he trusts me but I dont want to have sex or anything...?

Wow, I hate it when young guys brag. It may be a negative effect of society. He prolly thinks he's impressing you. Tell him to cut the crap, and that your not ready, and since you develop fast than he does, hold you fingers about 4 inches apart and say he's about that far from being ready. Strut out of the room... Oh yeah, you like him. Reserve the 4 inch line for ah, if he's a jerk. Okay, just tell him your not ready, and you don't want to hear his obsene talk. Check with what he expects to get out of the relationship.
