Because I don't think I can handle getting hurt one more time.

I am a open people person-but I also set boundaries. So many people on this earth are so deceiving; I've been deceived by people I've trusted the most-that it's molded me into trusting myself-my gut-and if it feels right, then I'll go for it. I think it depends on the type of person you are and the environment you grew up in. I give everyone a chance, but only those who show me that they are steadfast; just constant in their loyalty get a treat-another ball game-into my personal life-that's very introvert-and only those who want to share the pain; joy and ride with me, and trust me enough, like I trust them-are worthy enough to get an invitation into mi casa! Overall, being hurt by someone I would vouch for; and thought they'd do the same-come to find out, I was wrong-that's why I set boundaries. You come to realize that someone who you once trusted your life with, is now someone you have to protect your life from.

People want to hurt you 'cause it's fun!!! They get old and tell friends "remember when I hurt what's his name??" Or maybe if someone gets too close they might warp into your body and all of a sudden you don't exist anymore, that would be weird!!
