If I lay on the floor sitting up and stretching my upper body up then down reaching my toes with my toes pointed up? Or if I lay down flat on the floor, bring one leg up to my chest, holding it, then doing the same with the other?

Would stretching help headaches or is stretching just a way to warm up. I know when you yawn or stretch in the morning, your contracting your blood vessels then releasing and the first morning stretch feels so good huh? SO, tell me. would stretching help the blood flow in my darn head....my head hurts so bad and the IBU and TYLenol hasn't helped after taking it over an hour ago.

Honest advise please.

definitely could help. I get major headaches about every 28 days ;o)
The only thing that seems to touch them is Midol multi symptom or extra strength.
Stretching helps if it is tension related or if it is related to a chiropractic issue.
Good luck, I hope you feel better soon!

Actually, I suffer with headaches and migraines and that would just set off more of a headache for me. My neck and back would pull in the past and I would feel sick. Have you tried ice on the back of your neck (under the hair line)? That works for me. I also do not take Tylenol. It just doesn't work for me. I take Advil. It takes my pain away. I also have this peppermint oil that I rub on my head were the pain is and it numbs the pain. It 's similar to Tiger Balm you get at a Drug Store. Hope you get rid of your pain and find what works for you.

Sometimes drinking water helps. It may sound strange, but many headaches are caused by not being hydrated enough.

ONE Exedrin does it for me!

As a matter of fact, one works and really fast--just this morning, I woke up with one.

See your doctor. It might be a migran or a warning for a stroke.
