Give her a kiss and cuddle and tell her that you'll be her slave for the day and will do the housework,make dinner and let her realx for the day. Give her a day off thats what most tired/overworked mums want.
Ps- A nice bottle of wine,chocolates and a DVD will help too.

A mother gives everything that her children want but she never hopes when the childs grow up they would give or pay back what she had sacrificed for them....a mother's hope is just to see her kids grow up well and be good person...
so you just give her anything that you afford to give...she would accept it even it is just a 1 dollar small handkerchief...balieve me she wouldn't mind about the price or the luxirious things....as long as you sincerely remember her birthday and willingly to prepare a present to her, that would be the greatest price from you, her kid....
love your mother as she is the beginning of your life....

sounds like you are under pressure to give a
gift [ my mother was always pushing for big time gifts that i could not afford]
so if it is in your heart, do so, if not give her a gift card at the store she likes and be done with it

find out what your mom need the most,
it doesn't have to be some goods, but could be some action,
for example, be a nice kid, cook her some delicious food, etc

it depends on what your mom is into ...if its crafts like needle pointing then get her that, Does she have a moms ring : if not get her that. but anything you get her will be great cause its coming from you,,
