Im the kind of gy that likes to feel love. But time and time again it seems to get rubbed in my face. I like to Run in the rain, lay in the grass, Bundle up with a girl and watch a movie, and to have romantic dinners. Dont get me wrong, i like football video games and other things too, its just when it comes to a relationship, i like these things. Yet it seems most girls dont like this type of guy, Should i try ignoring these wants and do what i would do with guys (video games etc ) around them to let them know that im not jus a softy?

I know what you mean, Most girls say im exaclt what they've wanted, and they say im sweet as hell. What i think may be the problem, is i dont do drugs, and im 19, thats an expiremental time in life, Could it be that its because they feel akward doing what they want to do (try drugs) because i dont?

The relationships that have ended, lasted at least 6 months before they crumbled. 2 of which lasted over a year.

You're only 19. Relationships are naturally going to be experimental and come and go at that age.
You sound like an absolute sweetheart, and someone's going to fall for you in a big way in the not too distant future.

It sounds like you want to do intimate romantic things, but maybe you want to do them before the relationship is up there?
Someone once said there's like a 10 step process in bonding.
First you see each other, and like what you see.
Then you talk together and like what you say.
Then you talk with your heads together.
Then touch on the arm.
Then hold hands.
Then kiss.
And gradually go on, hopefully at some point getting married.
Now if a girl came up to you in a restaurant, and grabbed your hand and wanted to walk around holding hands you would think it was kind of strange. Depending on how she looked, you might want her to go away, or you might think it was ok, but you'd reallized something had been left off along the way!
Well it's the same with what you want to do. There's a getting to know you stage, where you do public things. Then you do things more by yourselves. It sounds like you want to just skip over the getting to know you bit, which might make the girl feel like you just want a girl, any girl, to be romantic with. Instead she wants to feel like you want only her because she's so wonderful.

The problem with most girls is they're accustomed to guys being into footy and not being romantics. I don't think there's anything wrong with a guy who's in touch with his emotional and romantic sides, I don't get what the problem is. Women complain about guys because they spend to much time watching football or at the pub with mates but the moment the guy stops something has to be wrong. I think you should just be yourself and you'll find a woman who really appreciates you for who you are.

hi, i somewhat agree with you, ilike the same things and all i see is couples that the guy treats her like **** and well u know the rest.
do you turn into an asshole to get a date etc.. some like to be controlled and few dont
its a harsh game, so try the nice approach and if she doesnt seem interested try the cocky and funny approach, and if that dont work be a bossy asshole, whatever works i guess!

dude, I would LOVE to have a guy like that! Shows he's more than just a bunch of muscle, hormones, and possibly brains. He's got a heart, yanno? And plus, I just like those kinds of guys! :) They're just so relaxed, its great! :D
