There is always the old stand by: "Sincerely,"
But some of the following might work as well

God be with you
Best Regards
Until then
May God bless you and keep you
Ta Ta
Later
Adios
Good by
Good riddance
Missing you
Always and forever yours

When I'm doing my pen palling, if I'm writing to my SIL (Sister in Law), then I sign with LYLAS (love ya like a sister), but if it's a pal that I don't know personally, then I usually put your friend, and I usually put a smile face next to my name.

i sign my cards with ily...(meaning i love you) if i know the person real well. if i don't know you that well i usually say best wishes, luv ya, and stuff like that. as for letters, i sign regards, sincerely, sincerely yours, yours truly. you know the old standards for letter writing.
