Obviously death is a part of what this is all about. Like everything else, you don't have to like it.
The fear of the unknown is why it's feared. Like Shakespeare said, 'from where no traveler returns.'

I was like you once,I gather that you are a younger person, I must admit I have not had anyone from the past tell me about the here after but I am lucky because i have messages from some of those that have passed on, I was very scared and sceptical when I first started getting these messages so much so that I spoke to a Nun about it also a priest and finally a bishop of the church, they All said that what I have is a gift from God Why you ask, as I did i can tell you, well they said its because ALL of my messages were GOOD, no bad ones at all.
I have been having them for many years I was about six when I got my first message and now over sixty years of age, But I must admit everyone I see are always happy, I am a masseur, and get messages a lot for people that I am massaging but I can Honestly tell you, there is a here after and I am certain a Good God is looking after us now in this life and in the next, don't worry about it now. enjoy your life now and let the end take care of itself when it comes GOOD LUCK

Yes, Death is a natural part of life. As a Christian you have to have faith in Jesus Christ as your savior. Jesus said "in my Father's house are many mansions, if it were not so I would not have told you. I go to prepare a place for you". There is definitely more in the Kingdom of Heaven. While I enjoy this life I have made and don't want to lerave it any time soon; I look forward to the day when I will go home to see Jesus and the others who have gone before me. Listen to the song by the Christian Group MercyMe called "I Can Only Imagine". It speaks very clearly to this subject.

Welcome to answers . I would think most people are afraid of death since it is a mystery, I have been there, and brought back by the hospital, I didn't won't life after coming back because of the pain. I was injured in an accident, I have no fear of death, just how death will happen. Like a lot of people I think it would be nice just to pass away in my sleep.
I also am a Christian, In the Bible it states that we will be awakened as believers in the day of judgment. That is to the ones who have been dead. Others who are living at the time of the last day, will be taken away, which may cause a lot of problems to who ever is not a believer at that time! example. if I was driving you in my car, and you are not a believer, I will suddenly gone, and you would be left in the passenger seat, you would need to react fast! There are a lot of debates in Christian circles of the time of death, but when dead I am not going to argue, just trust to my Lord, Please do not fear death, Just pray if you are a Christian as you say. ( a Christian means a little Christ) follower of Christ and His teachings. He asked as not to fear death since He conquered death. and holds the keys to the place of the dead. Ask the Lord to take hold of your life, to protect you by guiding your life, and tell the Lord all of your fears and just believe in Him , He will prove Himself to you if you ask. I pray that you fear will be lifted with understanding. As I also have now a near painless life, which I was told would not be possible.

Death is a natural part of the world, we are particles bonded together and our bodies act as machines. When our bodies break down we return to the Earth like ashes and then we break apart as we decompose for other things to consume.
In the grand scheme of things a single life is not worth much unless that life creates change in the world. Progress and evolution are key to our children's survival. To better understand our Almighty Creator we have to better understand the science that was created.
The life you lived will benefit other lives. We have to keep the world turning and we have to make progress until it is no longer needed.

Until my sister passed away I didnt really know what to believe but then things have happened to make me believe that 'we aint done yet'
I was the only sceptic in my family but now Im a believer. Why fear something you cant change? A life lived in fear is a life half lived for all of those we've lost why waste your life contemplating the future when your lucky enough to have a present.

It's feared so much because nobody has come back from death to tell us what is happening. Yes death is a natural part of life. You die when your time comes, so if you attemp to live life before you die, ou have nothing to worry about.

There is no such thing as death, just a sort of moving on. when the body becomes too broken to carry on the soul leaves it and kind of wanders off.

3 year olds have the same fear of leaving the park. They don't want it to be over.
Physical death is a natural part of life unless you live to see the second coming.
What happens after death is a mystery unless they read...

But I prefer to draw my on conclusions.
