One Spring when my daughter was three and pretty much bald I went to a dance recital for another kid. I knew I planned to put my daughter into dancing lessons the following year, but I wondered what it would be like for a child to be in the recital and have pretty much no hair!! I had never seen a little bald girl dancing on the stage in a costume. What could I pin the headpiece on?!!

By the time she started dancing school (closer to four) she had skimpy but "regular" hair; and by the time the recital came around she had the same ponytail the other kids had (and I even put it up in some giant curls).

Chances are you little boy will grow more hair in between now and the time he's four or so. (Does someone in your family have really baby-fine hair because super-fine hair starts out pretty much as baldness for longer than seems right.)

Don't worry about him. (If I knew what would thicken up hair I would have bought some for myself a long time ago.)

Its actually pretty normal to not have hair. some kids dont grow alot of hair until they are 4 or 5. i know thats how i was. i had a little hair on my head that my mom called down hair like baby geese down feathers :P there is nothing you can do about it. if you are worried about how he looks put a cute hat on his little head. all babies look adorable in hats!!

Shave it all and use Aloe Vera Gel (try to get 2 years old Aloe) on his head, about 10 days, shave it again, use seed of Methi (I don't know what is english name of Methi, Methi is used as a vegitable in India). Its Guaranteed, its will increase hair of your son. Keep in touch with me or mail me personally to reply you soon.

There really isn't much you can do...hair growth is genetic. If it really is a major problem with YOU then maybe you should speak with his doctor. If he is healthy otherwise the doctor will more than likely tell you the same thing I did.

Shave it several times and massage his scalp with warm olive oil, it really works the shaving thickens the hair and the massaging activates the hair follicle

I didn't have hair til I was in school, my mother used to scotch tape my bows to my head. It will grow, just be patient (oh and don't scotch tape bows to his head either). lolol
