You want to send the guy you are having sex with an email saying that you got off the night before just by thinking about him? ROFLMAO, don't do it and this is coming from a mans point of view not a boys like the prvious 3 answers....if anything ever happens he is just going to show it to everyone and use it to make fun of you with...you are setting yourself up for a fall if you do it but hey, it's your life do what you want

the answer lies in how long you've known him and what you expect of the relationship....will this relationship remain a booty call or do you want more.......but no guy is gonna be offended by a dirty email about sex, especially if it's about him :) just don't send it to his work email......
