I would like to work with teenage girls as a personal trainer to show them the benefiets of exercise ie stress release, build confidence & general wellbeing. The depression/suicide rate is elevating quickly & I want to do something bout it speaking from experience exercise works wonders. Also I believe those who are overweight wont feel so embarrased and it'l help build confidence. So any thoughts?
