I was with this girl who was soo in love w/ me and wanted a future with me, but i took her for granted and gave up on our relationship but she has had a new b/f for a week now and over the past 7 days Ive come to realize that I cant go a day w/o her in my life. What is the best approach to getting her back in my life?

First of all make sure that you really want her and that you won't take advantage of her again. You may be feeling jealousy that she was able to move on so quickly and that someone else is enjoying the love you used to receive. You should talk to her but be respectful of her new relationship. If you really hurt her don't expect her to be receptive right away. Beg for her forgiveness, tell her that you realized that you were a jerk and didn't appreciate the treasure you had with you all this time. Be ready to answer the question- why now? She may not trust you anymore and you're going to have to explain well, why you are sure now but weren't sure before that you want her. Remind her of special moments that you had.
All this would be best done in person if she's willing to meet you. But *don't* try to have sex with her immediately either, even if she wants to. She needs to formally break it off with her boyfriend first so that she doesn't feel bad about how she treated him or like you just wanted one last hit.
You have an advantage over this new guy. You know what she likes and you have history together. Use that **for good** and prove to her that you care and that you were paying attention despite your mistakes.

hmm this is tough. Becuase you shouldnt of taken her for granted in the first place. Well, first you need to start talking to her again, tahts the first step. When you start talking to her, dont make it obvious that you want to be here bf again. Then if you guys becomne friends, you can slowly show her that you mean the world to her. Or maybe because its only been 7 days it quite normal to feel like this. So i would actually say to give it some time first, say about a month tops, and a minimum of 3 weeks. Then try doing wot i said.

well the best approach is you speak out what you feel about her. pour out all your feelings and talk with sincerity. if she said she dont wish to go back to you, then you just have to let go. moreover she already had a bf and i guess you dont wish to be the 3rd party and break them up. to love someone means to see that person is happy.

You have 2 ways:1) go and tell your real feelings and say you're sorry or 2) wait to see what will happen then if she break up, go and try to start again.

Well it sound like the new bf could be a rebound thing. Give her a few weeks and call her. If she is not going to take your calls. after a few times, move on.

Nothing you can do can make her come back. Apologize to her, explain if you can your conduct and move on with your life. If she still has feelings she will come back when she feels she can. Otherwise it is over.
