Yes, that is what the Romans did to troublemakers. You can say what you want about Roman civilization, but their empire did last more than 5 centuries; we haven't even made it half that long, and we're already starting to come apart at the seams. We should take a lesson from Augustus, and start crucifying some of these rabble-rousers. I'd start with Pat Robertson - I think he'd look good on a cross.
