Bulis berry is a purple sour berry on vines which is used to make an expensive kind of wine- Bulis Berry Wine.

The only thing I can come up with is a huckleberry, which can also be called a "bilberry". They range from purple/black to red and blue to just blue, although some consider the plain blue variety too much like a blueberry to be called a bilberry. Anyway, the purple/black or red/blue varieties have a similar taste, which is tart and sweet. I believe they grow on vines.
