Relationship = communication
The most important thing in a relationship should never be about you, it should always be about the both of you, and seeing that ALL of your needs are met. You can't know if you are meeting each others needs unless you communicate.

If its a relationship your in then the answer would be A. If you cannot talk to your partner and be friends how do you be able to make decisions together or plan on anything together. If its a one nite stand then you will just have to settle for what you get till the next one comes along. Seriously. Talk first,let the romance come natural and when the time is right the sex will be good.If you are enjoying your partner. Dont compromise, you will only be left feeling lonely.

Good communication .. because if you have that then everything else fall into place. If the sex is bad .. you can communicate how to fix that .. if you are lacking in romance, you have the same advantage.
Communication is really key to a relationship as well one that can endure anything. I'm in love with my best friend and having our communication has meant the world to me.

It really depends on what you mean by a 'relationship'.
Good communication is absolutely vital to a good long lasting relationship. Good sex and romance are important but its very tough to sustain them in the long run without good communication. It just can't be compromised for long term success in the relationship.
I would add e) sacrificial love. Its the key to success.

I am in a wonderful productive relationship...and my list would be a, b, then c. But I know my fiance's would be b, a, then c. Men. :)
What he forgets is that without the good communication then we're just bickering....and there's no good sex. :(
Romance is always a plus. It's wonderful in a relationship...but anyone who's been in a long lasting relationship knows that this is a bonus...not a must.

Definitely communication. You need to know a person before you get into a deeper relationship. Remember, first things first. Don't rush yourself because if this is the right one everything will fall into place when the time is right.

They are all important. I would pick good communication first but the others can't hurt the relationship.

Good Communication
Sex is communication. Also body language.
Romance requires communication.
If he thinks he's being Romantic and you don't get it.
