Everywhere I turn there seems to be an impenetrable wall. Can't break through it or get around it. I feel as if I am going nowhere in life and that I'm just "spinning my wheels". How do I break free of this prison I seem to be incarcerated in? I am no kid anymore and would like to live a little over the next several years. Certainly, there must be a way out. Help!

if u can afford it, quit. if u cant,go 2 the nearest river, or forest ,find a nice place 2 sit, & stay there 4 awhile. just take in the sounds & sights. let everything else go. after awhile u will feel rejuvanated and amazingly calm. this is GOD S chapel and its the best thing i know 2 'get a grip' on my life again. keep doing it as often as u can. i ve gone there 4 years, & it still works 4 me. may sound like crappy advice, but try it & give it a chance. u will come away a calmer person.

change what is wrong in your life, take out what is gragging you down. Make a fresh start and start over in a since. Figure out what you want in life and go for it, maybe gets some help like theraphy to sort through the mental part. There is always a way you just have to have the will and the guts to find it. It is your life so make it so it feels like it to. Pick something you have always wanted to do and do it like jump out of a plane or bungee jump something to get your heart going to show your self you have control of your life no one else!

try something new, meet some new people and take a vacation

if you can't break through it, climb over the top, or dig your way under.

well you could see a psych who will help you map out a plan of what you can do to feel better. talking to someone really can be of great benefit.
