go to the Brookhaven National Laboratory and ask a chemist to react hydrogen and oxygen gas in a vacuum chamber. that is the cleanest water you will find :)

Distilled water, but it tastes terrible. All water on the earth is polluted in one way or another. Even bottled water has some impurities in it (from the bottle).

Distilled, supposedly. I think, however, that anything that has been reverse osmosised is fine.
