unfortunately, cortisol will give you more problems rather than solving your weight issue. I would suggest you take a look at the side effects which can be weight gain, facial hair, etc. You best bet would be to consult your doctor who can prescribe weight loss pills if he or she deems it medically necessary, however you'll have to change your eating habits.
