I think that we have forgotten this....no matter what your religious affliations, at the heart of your faith you will find that God(and we all worship the same one btw) is love...how ironic is it that we can not figure this out? why do we pick up arms in his name when it is really the goal of selfish men to hurt one another.

How do you know? Who are you that you have the audacity to claim to know what a god is?
And no, we do NOT all worship the same god. My people talked to many spirits, none of which was the god of the Hebrews. Some still do, despite the fact that a certain desert religion with it's typical desert religion assertion that there is ONLY one god tried to wipe out my peoples belief system and destroy our culture.

A god of love is also a god of judgement. as deep as gods love is his wrath will be equally as deep...know all of god not just the parts that make you feel warm and fuzzy, a healthy fear of god is always a good thing
