I would say to wait. There is no such thing as a normal time. I would say to wait until you both know enough about eachother that you want to make it special. You also want to know that he's not in the relationship only for sex. If you have sex too early he might start to expect it and that can lead to trouble.

If you were mature, you'd wait 'til you were married, to the man you LOVE. Having sex out of marriage just creates problems, as you will most likely find in your life after you disregard this answer and have sex with a thousand guys anyway.

hey as long as u r confortable enough with each other, it doesnt matter when u should jump in bed together.
usually first time sex between a new couple wouldnt be a planned thingy. mostly it's just a spur of the moment decision.
i made love with my boifren on our 2nd date. i duno if its too fast or too slow but for me it was just the RIGHT moment to do it. :)

It's a personal choice, to be decided by THAT new couple. There isn't, nor should there be, a set time. Whenever the time is right, that couple will know.

there's no normal in life. i guess it's the right time when you both have decided that you want to have sex. there are no rules to say how long you have to be together for.

When you and him are ready, that is really the only answer to it. You two will know when you want to start having sex. Make sure that both of you want too though, it will not be good if only one person does.

good question; and no one can answer it but you and him. I'm not so sure I agree with the people who say wait until you're married. What if he's a dud in bed? Then you're stuck with him. Think of it like buying a new car...you wouldn't buy it without test driving it :)
