I am in SERIOUS jeopardy of blaspheming the Holy Spirit. I may have already done so.. how do I know if I've done so and is it true if I still believe in God and want to correct myself that I'm forgiven. The bible says GOD WILL NOT FORGIVE anyone who blasphemes the Holy Spirit.
Just sometimes feels like God doesn't care about me. Doesn't give me the strength or help I need when I need it and gives everything to low life lying manipulating cheating stealing fornicating bastard people. Sorry just how I feel about it. You can tell my my heading I'm off track anyway so...
But I'm so ANGRY with GOD he says he's NO RESPECTER of persons yet gives everything to bad ppl and lets us get hurt, die and pass through horrible tragedys. What kind of loving God is that? and how can I depend on someone who lets satan go to and fro roaming the earth seeking whom he may devour?

Guys,
It's just sometimes from the most simple thing God could help me with he doesn't to the most difficult. It's driving me crazy and I'm so angry with frustration beyond my tongues self control. I begin spouting off at him and before I know it I'm on a roll and more angry than before and I can't stop. Why can't he just HELP me when I NEED IT?

Guys,
By "everything" I mean that God gives them help in time of need, strength as in physical and emotional, companionship, friends, the most important that I speak of is the HELP part like if I'm doing something physical he doesn't help me or when I see bad ppl with everything I'm working so hard for and they do nothing but lie cheat and steal to get theirs and still get more the harder I work. It's not fair. I don't want a lot of material things it just makes me mad that I can't get the most simple of things as much as I do to help others and work for them. Yet these ppl have them and more and don't even care for what they have.

OK first off you are the only one (besides God) if you blasphemed the Holy Spirit. Either you did or you didn't. I do not buy the 'I may have'. Second you just need to give everything over to God. Problems, worries, everything. God does love us, each and everyone of us. We did not, do not, will not know Gods plans and why things happen. All things happen for a reason. If you try and put a 'price tag' on everybody then you will probably end up hating your whole life. By you saying he gives everything to bad people that is the same as you saying he is not worth very much I am worth more. Once you learn to be at peace with yourself and God your life will follow. Good luck.

Hi my name is Jerry and I'm from Apostolic Gospel Church in Reedley, CA
Now that I've introduced myself, i believe i can help you find some anwers to your questions. It is true that the bible says that there is no forgiveness for those who blaspheme the Holy Spirit. That said, the bible also says that no one will be saved but by the Grace of God, and not by works either lest anyone should boast. I said all that to say this. Don't worry about your past mistakes. Repent and baptized in the name of Jesus for the remission of your sins and you will recieve that Holy Ghost. (Read Acts 2:38)
If you read a couple verses before and after 2:38 you will see that the Apostle Peter was talking to the very people that had Jesus crucified. You have to understand that God put you on this earth for a purpose. He is not selfish. He lets ppl make their own decisions and as a result WE ppl cause conflict and tragedy. God has a place prepared for you. If you think he's selfish, just think about what God wants to share with you in heaven. The bible says that no imagination can imagine what heaven is like. God wants to share that with you. I dont have my bible with me so i dont have all the scripture i would like to give you. If u respond to me then we can talk more about this and i can help steer you in the right direction. "rightly dividing the word of truth" Remember this, the God of this world is the DEVIL.... He also rewards the evil minded ppl. So dont think God goes around putting you down but blessing evil ppl. The devil persay can also give things.... The devil has them where he wants them. (hollywood, rockers etc..) I hope i helped you, even just a little. Know this, God truly loves you & he wants you to find salvation so that you can be in that blessed place called heaven. (and leave this miserable world)(we have something to look forward too) jerry_gomez_2000@yahoo.com

Wonderful! You are alive and not dulled to death.
a) The common understanding is blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is to reject Jesus. Judas and Peter both denied Jesus; but Judas did not believe Jesus could forgive. So
b) Yes you can be forgiven. And are when you repent.
c) I suspect children learning to walk/talk/ride a bike or use a spoon all feel like you and I do. HOW COME YOU ARE MAKING THIS SO HARD FOR ME? WHERE ARE YOU? The answer is the same for us as it is for the child..
d) Actually, the devil's other name is Accuser just as Jesus' other name is Advocate. Jesus pleads his blood for our sins. The Accuser walks around making us feel guilty by accusing us before God. The whole ball of wax goes on because the God-time is not right yet for the wrap up.
e) As "tempting" as it is to envy the baddies, they are really to be all the more pities as their fall will be so far.
Keep up the good questioning theology.

Just be careful what you say about this around your parents. The Bible says that if a friend or relative turns from God, it's better to kill them than let them live as infidels. It's in deuteronomy. I don't know the verse. Also, the Bible also says that anyone can be forgiven. To quote the Chief Wiggum: "the Bible says a lot of things."

I know how you feel, I used to say the same thing.
Sounds like you have a spiritual battle going on.
Battles of the mind and emotions.
Pray," Get behind me satan, in Jesus name"
God loves you and never doubt it.
Don't look around you and worry about what the heathens are doing, look into yourself, focus on what is going on in you. I know this sounds selfish but even Jesus took time to be alone and pray to his Father, even with multitudes of ppl needing Him.
Once saved , always saved. Don't let satan still your joy.
God bless you.
Praying for you.

Dear Edna You Suck!
If you are serious -- and I hope you are - your great concern indicates that any blasphemy was done is sheer ignorance at the time. If this be so - then there is no question that TH God will indeed Forgive.
If, per chance, you have not yet accepted the Plan of Salvation.please check out the URL below.

it is hard sometimes, and we all go through "hell" on Earth, but you have to keep believing in Him. Pray until you don't think you can pray anymore! you haven't blasphemized Him yet, you have just been questioning of His work, but put your faith in Him. He will help you if you give Him time. And remember, sometimes God's greatest gifts are unanswered prayers. I am willing to help anyone I can, and if you seriously need someone to talk to you can emial me. my username is my email @yahoo. also my best friend is a preacher's daughter and I am sure if I can't answer your questions, I can get an answer from her or her dad.

First you have to calm down. As long as you desire to be with G-d, its a good sing. The Holy Spirit is the one that attracts us to G-d, he is the one who convinces us of sins and judgement, he is the one that leads us to Christ, do you still want Christ in your life? if yes then stop worrying, the Spirit is still with you.
I'm not saying its ok to get mad at G-d, but it has happened to a lot of christians, he understands we are miserable mortals. He is forgiving, just repent sincerely with all your heart (change your ways) and he will welcome you back.
Pray a lot and read the gospell, ask G-d to show you and he will manifest his love and give you peace, remember to repent and pray.

Don't let Satan win this battle!!

I'm a Quaker Christian.
For starters, God always forgives NO MATTER WHAT. Please realize in the time the New Testament was written, people saw the miracles as entertainment. In the Book of Acts, there was a sorcerer named Simon who tried to find out how Paul was healing people so he could add the skill to his list of services. A group of Jewish exorcists (who didn't comprehend the Love of God) tried use the name of Jesus on a patient (with disasterous results). That is the reason why that warning was written.
If you want to be a strong Christian, you must build yourself up. Read the Word, pray to God, and apply what the Word says to your life. You can't lose weight if you don't exercise, and you can't defeat evil unless you have a strong foundation in the Bible. I recommend starting your studies by looking for all of God's promises to believers. In the New Testament, any verse with the phrases "In Him", "In Whom", and "In Christ" describe the promises of God. Yes, you should read the each book of the New Testament carefully to find all the verses.Think of it as exercise for the spirit. ^_^
Why does God let bad guys (like Bin Laden) prosper? In the book of Matthew, there is something called the Golden Rule. It is listed in the Sermon on the Mount. The Golden Rule is "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." I assure you, when people do evil, they will pay for their actions. It's just that God doesn't give a time frame for payback. God works on His own time, not ours. If an evil person is successful in his escapades in this life, he will pay for his sins in the next life (aka afterlife).
Remember the story of how Paul became a Christian? It is the perfect example of why God doesn't immeadiately strike down baddies with lightening. Before he became a Christian, Paul (who birth name was Saul) was a terrorist (much like Bin Laden). He himself was a born and raised Pharisee who intended to massacre Christians. There were many important leaders who agreed with Paul's approach of eliminating the "Jesus believers" just like modern Al-Quada has wealthy extremist muslims following them. After Paul's conversion, he became the guy who preached to the gentiles. His ultimate goal was to go to Rome to preach to the officials there. His story is what makes up a good chunk of the book of Acts. God does believe that every evil person can change to good if they choose. His hope is that people willingly choose Him. That's why he sent Jesus to suffer and die on our behalf.
While I'm on the subject of Jesus, remember it is Him who kicked the devil's @$$ after He died on the cross. Jesus had to enter Satan's realm, and while the baddies were all celebrating the fact that they got the Son of God in their control, Jesus was infused with power and well, the rest as they say was history. Jesus took the keys to death, hell, and the grave. Those keys were what gave the devil his power. Now he has lost them and is locked up somewhere in a divine version of Death Row. In the Bible it says that "God disarmed the powers and principalities." Satan has no power over anyone UNLESS they give him power (consciously or subconciously). How do you give him power? By being full of fear. It is fear that drives people to do evil things. The only thing that he can do is SUGGEST (aka tempt) you to do evil.He cannot literally devour you nor possess you. If God says He has disarmed the powers and principalities, He has done it. He did say in His Word that none of His words return to Him void. I'm a medical assistant in real life. I know first hand that the so-called possession cases are people who are developing mental illness or who just may have a disability like tourets syndrome, epilepsy, or hypoglycemia.
