I lost a lot of weight after I stopped drinking soda right at first but in the last few years it has creeped back. So bite me and don't tell me how to lose weight

14 pounds and 2 dress sizes??? How fat are you??? Doesn't matter, if you have the motivation to stick to your guns and get under control, you have my support and blessing. Arizona green tea ( several versions, lemon, honey, etc. ) is far better for you than any soda and has few if any calories.

I don't really drink them anyway, have never been all that fond of fizzy drinks, coz they don't quench your thirst and I hate drinking out of a can.

quit the soda, is not the only way to go for a diet.
But if it worked with you, good for you :)
