Do you know were the leaflet or pamphlet about nutrition is? I was reading something interesting and have not finished.

It means exactly how it's written. You're not at the beginning nor the end,but at the middle before you were probably interrupted

it either means you were the centerfold
or
it means you were partway through reading something interesting
