That's insomnia - if it happens frequently(more than once per week), see a doctor as it could end up being pretty serious. If it only happens every once in a while, then don't worry about it. Happens to everyone from time to time. Just try to relax, have a glass of something cold(or warm if you're already cold), stay away from caffeine and don't do anything strenuous before bed. Good luck!

I do have problems sleeping dear. My mind never wants to shut down and rest. And so Ikeep going over the days activities, rethinking what that guy or girls said, how I will face them tomorrow, all the past and the future. Then one last flash of thought and I am gone. I guess I begin sleeping jsut before the **** crows.
Try counting 100-0. It works by the time you are at 39.

happenes to me when im extremely unhappy or have a problem and can not find any solution. i saw a doctor he said either solve your problem or learn how to live with that. i didn't do either, but i noticed if u get up early in the morning every day (i get up at 7 am) and have no possibility to sleep during day sooner or later u start sleeping at night normal hours. also doing some sport activity helps raising the mood

Yes I do,especially when I have a lot on my mind or had a bad dream I just can't get comfortable, sometimes I do drop again of but wake up again and it's still in the early hours, I have to get up make myself a warm drink, might watch the television but its nothing but those adverts which go on for ages, or I come on to the net for a while....(next time I think I'll have to take a mallet to bed with me..lol)

I can't sleep at all I have to take something every single night. First my Dr. tried me on Ambien Cr 12.5mg that didn't work so now I'm taking something called Trazadone 150mg some nights i only need to half but you need to eat a small snack with it in order for it to work and it does it works great i sleep so good when i take it and it don't cost that much money either ask your DR about it and it's not habit forming either.

i do , sometime i was awake until 7 am in summer , just could not sleep , maybe you have lot on your mind, try to clear your mind before you go to bed, and dont drink coffee in the evening or night, or even tea, if the problem is bothering you go to a doctor get some sleeping pills.

I always sleep well. My husband is always up for no reason and 3 or 4 in the morning no matter what time he goes to bed.
