Many things.1. Not comfortable yet. 2. Wants to take things slow. 3. He is a gentleman. 4.Doesn't have romantic feelings towards you. 4.He is shy. And what's wrong with kissing your forehead? I just love it when my husband kisses me on the forehead.There is nothing sweeter than that.Just close your eyes and feel his lips,you'll see what i mean.
