I am cooking tonight marinated steak skewers on the bbq with capsicum and onion, boiled spuds & grilled bbq corn and crunchy asain cabbage salad. and some sourdough bread to mop up the juice's. yummo!!

It was a company night, so we gopt fancy.
I make a salad with a vinigrette; a orzo with asparagus; and a pork roast stuffed with garlic.

We got invited to dinner tonight...Sunday dinner with my fiance's cousin--so we ate really good. Steak and potatoes. It was mouth watering!! And I didn't have to cook it so it was even better! :)
