You can buy prepackaged Jack Daniels marinade in some grocery stores, or try this recipe from the Jack Daniels web site:

1/4 cup Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Dijon-style mustard
1/4 cup minced green onions and tops
1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients. Blend well. Use to marinate shrimp or scallops for 1 hour or beef, chicken, or pork in the refrigerator overnight. Use to baste the shellfish or meat as it is grilled or broiled. Makes about 1 1/4 cups.

I want to say that TGI Friday's uses sesame seeds in their version of the marinade, but I'm not sure... It's been a while since I've eaten there.

Jack Daniels has a line of marinades and bbq sauce in your grocery store aisle. If you can't find it there then check this out....

I don't know the recipe...but Wal-Mart carries this killer Jack Daniel's marinade. You could fry chicken strips and then dip them in this marinade...and it'd have to be close. It's gooood stuff.
