you will always have those feelings for that one special ex. its there but that doesnt mean you dont love your bf. its a natural feeling sometiems especially if there wasnt closure in the relathionship

I would suggest trying to resolve your feelings for your ex. Until you do it will be difficult for you to fully move on with this other person you claim to love. Also it really isn't fair to either one of you really. I wish you all the best of luck.
