Tomato and scrambled egg. Open a can of diced tomatoes, pour into skillet and let the water mostly boil off. Add 2 or 3 eggs and just stir until the eggs are cooked. Add cheese if you want too.
PS. this makes enough for more than 1 sandwich and you can use less tomatoes or more eggs depending on your preference

Its called Heart Attack on A Bun, I take the little sub rolls about 8" long and slather some Mayo on both sides, then add turkey, followed by a layer of ham, and then a layer of pastrami, add a layer of provolone, then a layer of mozzarella or cheddar depending on how colorful I want to be then microwave just long enough to melt the cheese top with bacon and favorite spices (I use Tony Chatchereux(sp?) Creole Seasoning) and put hummus on too sometimes, To finish it off add some spinach leaves and sundried tomatos. No one for some one whose watching their weight but this will curb any hunger strike you get

ROFL..I invented this when I was a kid *makes sense cuz I doubt any adult in his/her right mind would eat this* :)
Frito sandwich
Take a good sized piece of French bread and cut vertical *getting 2 long pieces*. Scoop out the middle of the bread, but leave an edge..don't take all the middle out. Eat the middle :). Add Frito corn chips into the bread. Add French's mustard..the yellow classic is my fave. Add the top of the bread and manja!!

I invented but it was a one-timer.
Woke up, found some New Orleans french bread, also found some left over Kuong Pao Chicken and made me the best Chinese poor-boy I ever had.

grilled chicken with cheddar cheese served on a bun with lettuce and tomato--on the top half of the bun nacho cheese (use Campbell's Nacho Cheese Soup in the can without water) and on the bottom half ranch dressing. It sounds weird but it's gooood.

Well I don't know that I invented it but I LOVE whole wheat with fresh spinach leaves, sprouts, cucumber slices, tomatoe slices, banana peppers, and vinagrette. It's healthy and so delicious.
