Energy drinks are high in caffeine, that's what makes them addictive and 'energizing.' The energy is probably just the caffeine, which is a stimulant. Gradual withdrawal is the answer. Begin to cut down your drinks slowly, Keep a pocket calender handy & jot down how much you drink. You may want to start writing down the time you begin drinking them & slowly wean yourself off of them. It takes 3 days for caffeine to leave your system I believe. Gradual withdrawal will prevent you from getting a bad headache & nausea. Good luck.

Tapper off, they are full of Caffeine & sugar. Stopping both quickly will give you a headache.
Drop 1 aday until you are totally off them. I use Liquid B-12 for energy. No side affects.

Good question. My advice is to find drinks that are somewhat lower in caffiene and try to downgrade over a period of weeks. It is hard to quit cold turkey even from caffiene. Exercise helps also.

You will have to deal with caffiene withdrawal. The symptoms can include headaches and nausea among other things. the best way is to slowly wean yourself off of the caffiene.
