i wanna sell my car. and that guy told me that he need "title and registration" because he wants to loan the money from the bank. Is it safe to fax title and registration to him?

why?but he told me that he wanna loan the money from the bank. if i did not sent him those, could he loan the money ?

Sounds like a scam to me. Banks don't need title and registration to approve a loan. That's something they can do after the purchase.

YOU ARE TO NEVER PRESENT THE TITLE AND REGISTRATION UNTIL YOU RECEIVE ALL OF YOUR MONEY FROM THE BUYER.
