just recently my stomach has been very bloated and rock hard. Why is this? I'm not gassy or anything. It feels uncomfortable, like I'm flexing my stomach all the time. I don't feel like my stomach is relaxed.

I've upped my water intake a couple weeks ago drastically to about a gallon a day. I've been eating, so its not a sign of starvation, ;) haha. It is very very uncomfortable.

Sounds like you may be constipated. Are you male or female? Females have more constipation and bowel problems due to hormones and stress. Drink lots of water and eat a high fiber diet. You should also check in with your doctor. Good luck and I hope you get comfortable soon.

Constipation can cause this or pregnancy but if you are a male I doubt this. Try drinking alot of water 8 8 ounce glasses a day and eat some of that good for your health tastes like cardboard cereal in the morning like Raisin Bran. Also take Alpha Omega Fatty Acid not in excess it messes up my skin if I take more than one gel capsule. But it helps loosen up the bowels greatly. Oh isn't this a wonderful conversation. Go see the doctor if it continues it could be something serious.

Are you having regular bowel movements? Sounds like u might be constipated. . I suggest doing a colon detox of some sort. Perhaps an organic coffee enema or if you are brave find somewhere in your area where you can get a colonic (such as a spa or holistic health center). Or maybe a hernia...

It really is gas. Take some Milk of Magnesia, just a teaspoon to tablespoon and see if it helps. Also, drink a lot of water. I hope you get to feeling better, this is a terrible feeling. It also sounds like constipation. This is just based on my own experience.

Take a teaspoon-tablespoon of baking soda or a gas pill, also take a laxative. It's gas or constipation, even if you go regularly you could be constipated, if you're not, then the laxative won't hurt you it'll make you feel lighter.

It may be constipation, possibly pregnancy, or maybe a serious problem. I'd recomend you to drink a lot of water, eat healthy foods, and go see your doctor.

It sounds similar to the symptoms I had before I had to have my gall bladder removed. The doctors couldn't find anything wrong until it became infected, and they went searching for the source of the infection.

How long has it been going on? Even though you think it's not gas, it might be, just hasn't come out yet.
