I just had AGAIN last night but thank God, I could handle it better. Panic Attack is very evil. To those who still don't know, read this: http://www.anxietypanic.com/ so next time, you'd know what to do.

Share your worst experience! Mine was last year when I was staying in a very small bedroom with a tiny window. I felt too claustrophobic like I couldn't breathe & some spirits wanted to possess me, I thought I was gonna die, I started having diarrhea, I was shaking & cold, too weak like I was gonna faint. Aarrgh.. Then I walked around my small rented condo, here & there.. and in the end, I was able to carry my wooded bed out of my room. It was very heavy but to me, it was nothing. My adrenalin went up too high.. coz I thought that moment, I needed to breathe! The next day, everybody in the house was so shocked to see the bed in the living room & they were scared of me! *lol*

I had a panic attack for no reason on the job because I like to work hard and my heart rate went into 160+ bpm. my heart was having a tennis match but my body was still. Scares the crap out of ya!!!!!! Won't go down without sedatives my adrenaline was racing and coffee drinking didn't help either!! a hyper thyroid can cause it or a thing in your heart. Anyway all I know, when I finally do have a heart attack I will have had a lot of practice.

Mine was while I was watching the BET awards. I think it was the one where Michael Jackson through the cape over James Brown. Anyway, I was so scared. My sister kept on telling me to try and calm down but it was only making me more anxious. I had an headache before the panic attack had occured so that made everything ten times worse than your usual experience. All those sharpe pains coming from both sides hurt so badly. I hated it.

In school- i had to give a report. I have social anxiety disorder and panic attacks. I got up there, my face got all red, I was sweating and shaking and was tongue tied and thought I was gonna puke. I had to stand by a waste can. All the kids were whispering. But I HAD to give this report! I stood up there and almost ran out of the room at one point- I turned my project away from the class, facing the black board and finished my project practically hiding, then came back to my desk almost in tears.
