wow, that ones a classic--it's been out for many years. i read it back in the 80's i think. anyway, yes it's very worthwhile and helpful as are all valid meditation practices. to help "get your life in order" definitely undertake regular meditation, exercise and some sort of energy work like yoga, tai chi, chi kung, etc. all together they will calm you down, help you to get your mind "under control" to help minimize confusion and fear, and balance out your being. all told this will "raise your vibration" which automatically=a better outlook and greater contentment. also see http://www.sahajayoga.com for further meditation practice and benefits; and read the book *the complete idiot's guide to toltec wisdom* for great insight on the workings of the human mind, and how to get yours "on the right track". most humans never bother doing this, that's why the average person lives a life filled with drama, confusion and misery. it doesn't have to be that way! read the book and do the practices, and you'll experience the huge difference they make. guaranteed. best of luck! ;-)

i have not read that particular book, however, I would like to share something that may help you in your "visualization" excersises.....Most people seem to think that they have trouble visualizing.....in fact, they don't at all....they just don't realize that another word for visualization is imagination....keep that in mind when doing any visualization excersises and you'll be ahead of most people....take care and happy journeys....

There are numerous people who would laugh at the possibility of changing their destinies. This is due to the fact that it thinks that no one gets more that exactly what is written in his fate.

I'm sorry you have having hardships. Please lean on Jesus.

The problem with any visualization is that the person creates their own god when God is a real someONE, not a someTHING. Just like I could visualize you - it won't be accurate unless I know you intimately.
