How far along in your pregnancy are you? If you are in the first two trimesters it is likely that it is just the change in fluids. Your vagina tends to become drier during pregnancy which can cause you to become sore.
If you are into your third trimester it is likely pain in your cervix. Your cervix swells in pregnancy and can be sensitive to touch. As your progress through your pregnancy the cervix becomes "ripe." The nerves are ultra sensitive and it is full of thousands of blood vessels. This why some women also spot during sex later in pregnancy. It's not harmful but if you are feeling at all uncomfortable it is always best to err on the side of caution and see your doctor or midwife.
