the kids are not an issue, is the fact that we talk for over an hour, i tried to kept it a secret but my boyfriend found out.What do u think is he right ? my boyfriend loves the kids, it just bother him that i talk for a long time on the phone.I usually talk , when my boyfriend is not around, he found out, because he surprise me. i couldn't deny it.What would u have done in his position ? is he right or i'm i ?

I think that you are BOTH right. You're right, in the way that you have the right to talk on the phone to your ex about your kids as long as you want to. BUT if your talking on the phone for that long or longer about your kids AND anything else, you're in the wrong! He doesn't want to see you talk to your ex IN SECRET either! I mean how would you feel if HE was talking to HIS ex on the phone in secret for a long time?! I guess you should just "put yourself into his shoes" and see how it feels. Then you'll be able to make a good decision about this whole situation. You should treat this situation the way you would want him to treat it, if the problem was switched around (vice versa).

How would you feel if he was on the phone with his ex for an hour at a time? I have kids with my ex as well and are still friends. But out of respect to both our significant others we keep our conversations short & on the subject of our boys. Apologize and cut it out.

sounds like you still have feelings for your ex. if your talking to your ex while your b/f is gone then your sneeking and you do have feelins for him. your b/f has every right to be mad and upset. Would you like him talking to his ex for an hour all the time? look at it from someone else point of view.

your boyfriend must grow up. my ex and i talk from time to time being as our son is in the middle. kids come first. i can understand his point of view i've been there also. but hes gotta understand that hes giving you an impossible situation.he should support you.

You have every right to talk to your ex about the kids,your boyfriend has no say over it.......Tell him to stop trying to control you and you love him and would never do anything to hurt him........God, men are so pitiful sometimes.........LOL

I think ur BF is mad cuz u did it behind his back. BUT- he does have to realize it is necessary to talk tox about kids, just dont be secrative about it.
