10 hours, or so, yeah, its usually enough. I've been known to sleep for 16 hours straight without a problem. i sleep too much. I'll wake up with neck aches for laying in bed too long. Advil makes it go right away, but its from my mom having me take naps every afternoon into my late childhood. i really didn't need them much past 7 or 8, but my mother really wanted quiet time, and apparently she got it most when i was sleeping.

now I'm always tired. i can go on 6 hours of sleep, but I'm cranky, and I'm mad at everyone all the time for the whole day. anything below 5 hours, and i am a total mess. i cant drive safely, i forget what I'm doing 5 minutes after I've started doing it, and i start rambling about nothing. its pretty bad.

hence my screename.

My sleeping is weird and I usually only get from 3-5 hours a sleep per night. Most of the time I feel as if it is enough sleep but i'm sure I should be getting more.

7 hours. I'd like to get more, but I feel like I don't have enough free time after work as it is. Actually, when I used to work from home I probably slept less at night, but I'd take a 2-hour nap in the afternoons. That was the life...

I get anywhere from 3-8 hours per night. I usually get around 5 hours. It's not enough. I'm so tired everyday. I work in a warehouse full-time, I go to college full-time, and then I come home and all I do is write papers for college!

It sucks!

It depends on the age of a person. For the young ones, it
requires about 12 hours sleep, but for a young adult, I think
8 hours of sleep in a night is sufficient. In the case of old
people, they require about 5 hours of good sleep in a night.
The reason is due to our body metabolism - we need less
hours of sleep as we grow older.
However, if you sleep more than is required, your body will
feel more tired when you get up.

8 to 10 hours. It depends on the day I just had. If it was very emotional, I tend to sleep more. Physically activity doesn't seem to bother me as much as emotional activity.

4-6 hours a night, but I tend to take a day a week and take a nice nap of a couple hours.

I'm a student and to some degree I've re-trained my body to use less sleep.
