It sounds like maybe you're not as ready as you think to start dating again.It takes time to heal from a long-term relationship that ends badly.My advice would be to forget about dating for now,and just have some fun with some casual friends.Don't push for a relationship until your heart has completely healed and until you can learn to trust again.Otherwise,you're carrying all that extra baggage from one relationship to the next which could cause damaging problems.

I realized after my second marriage the best way to cure the blues caused by loosing a g/f (or wife) was to get two more but only on a temporary basis......doc

Ask yourself if you still love her, and give it time, its ok to still love your ex, just pretend she doesn't exist, right now you're basicly in a game of old school pong, "You can never win, and even if you try you'll still lose" But you can change that in time.

Welcome to the club, i still have to come out of a 4 year relationship, but im not brave enough to do that. at least you ended it my friend.if u can do that im sure falling in love again should not be a problem
