Could it be possible they wouldn't be reported as the people back then wouldn't know what vampires were? Would someone have contacted a priest
or one of the apostles? Could vampires have survived during that era when everybody was old (probably with tired blood).

Many people don't believe in unicorns, but they are mentioned in 2 of the Psalms (I don't remember where). Some people just don't get it! Are they bored? I'm not!

The vampire is a fictional character made popular by Bram Stoker's novel Dracula. The "real" Dracula, known as Dracul, was a warrior whose love of carnage (namely, impaling the enemy on spikes) led to the "blood-thirsty" folk tales.

So, in answer to your question, vampires would not have been (and are not) mentioned in the Bible because they do not exist. The make-believe idea of the vampire was first concieved in the Dark Ages (circa roughly 1500's) as a children's tale....

Vampires, boogey men, werewolves, the Easter Bunny, Santa Claus, and the tooth fairy all fall into the same category.

Tales of the dead craving blood are found in nearly every culture around the world, including some of the most ancient ones. Vampire-like spirits called the Lilu are mentioned in early Babylonian demonology, and the bloodsucking Akhkharu even earlier in the Sumerian mythology. These female demons were said to roam during the hours of darkness, hunting and killing newborn babies and pregnant women. One of these demons, named Lilitu, was later adapted into Jewish demonology as Lilith.

In India, tales of the Vetalas, ghoul-like beings that inhabit corpses, are found in old Sanskrit folklore. A prominent story tells of King Vikramāditya and his nightly quests to capture an elusive Vetala. The stories of the Vetala have been compiled in the book Baital Pachisi.

The Ancient Egyptian goddess Sekhmet in one myth became full of bloodlust after slaughtering humans and was only sated after drinking alcohol colored as blood.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------also the WORD vampire is not that old. it is a recent word derived from other words. so the Bible wouldnt even know of a word vampire. but maybe they kept it out of the bible on purpose. Afterall, how many times has the bible been translated.

Why do people say that vampires dont exsist. What proof do they have that they dont. I hate when people act like that. How can you belive in other stuff, and not in vampires. I think vampires do exsist, andin many other secrets that this world holds. The world would be boring without mysteries.

I'm not certain of vampires back in the time, but there are all kinds of demons and spawns of hell.

Get a book on Angels and you'll find out.

Witches lived back then, and God mentioned it in the Bible. Sorcers lived back then, and God mentioned them too.
Gigantic creatures lived back then, and God mentioned that too.
Demons lived(still live) and God mentioned that.

Vampires do not exist. It is a figment of human imagination given by satan. The subject of Vampires consist of mutation and genetics, or in other words Mutants. When they bite someone, they are mutated, just like Werewolves.

In a way they are in the bible. Mostly found in Revelations though. The woman on the back of the beast drinking the blood of saints. Or if you really research you can call her Lilith. Mostly, however, they are refered to as just another demon.

Silly question. The church was the one that sucked the life's blood out of the poor ignorant souls they brainwashed. Nostradamus indeed!
