I am asking someone out to homecoming sometime this month and I'm guessing she is going to say no. If she does I'm sure she'll be like "just as friends"... so should I go with her as friends or just not even go to the dance... it might be such a downer that I won't even want to go... guys, what should I do if she says "just as friends"?

So, what's wrong about going as just friends?
Must you go only as a committed couple? She's wise to leave her options open. At the same time it also means your options are open as well.
Both of you are young, so live your lifes before any commitments. This will give both of you a chance to assess each other and others first, whether you are suited for each other.

WELL IF SHE SAYS JUST AS FRIENDS SHE MUST LIKE YOU A BIT. FRIENDS CAN HAVE FUN TO AND IT IS HOMECOMING SO I WOULD TAKE HER. SHE MAY BE TESTING YOU TO SEE IF YOU REALLY CARE FOR HER OR JUST WANT SOMETHING ELSE THAT SHE DOES NOT WANT TO GIVE AWAY.
