Flirting involves a lot of laughing at all his jokes, pretending that everything he says is the most important thing you've heard this decade, a lot of hair flipping, looking down, but eyes up at him. Smile tons, and acting like he is the only person in the room. You could do the unbuttoning the top button thing and flashing a little boob, but let me tell you, the male ego is the way to go. Stroke THAT a little and you have them in your pocket. :-D
