yes. if you put your hair in a bun or up for a while and don't take it down then it will mildew. i've had it happen when i went camping a couple times. make sure your hair dries somewhat promptly or it will get somewhat smelly.

In the Salon I have seen hair mildew in poorly maintained braids, weaves, locks and updo's. If you have this problem, I would take out any hairpieces, weave, or glue, and wash scalp as many times as it takes to remove the mildew. After that, I would use a spray that African Royale makes for braids,weaves and locks. All in all, you have to start off with a clean scalp and go from there. If you cannot solve the problem yourself, go to a reputable Salon, or Dermatologist.

I have never heard of anyones hair mildewing. Then of course anything is possible....

Yes it can if the hair stays wet along time.

Dont really get the question. Unless you mean can hair get oily,which the answer is yes.
