no. you have the right of way in this situation. it's the same as if you were turning into a driveway on the right side of the road and someone stopped from the other way and wanted to turn left into that same driveway...you would have the right of way.

If you are turning onto a street with two lanes going that direction, then you both have the ability to turn at the same time onto street. However, if there is only one lane going that direction, then, generally, the person closest to the lane has the right or way. Get a drivers manual from the D.M.V. and read it. It tells you everything about rights of ways and such.

Legally you have the right of way, however, lots of times, I will let the other driver go before me, by waving him on, or quickly, turning my headlights on an off, giving him permission to go before me. Especially, if there is a long line in back of me, and he would not be able to go through. That would be a good, kind thing to do. I try to do the little things that make a difference. He might have been late for an appointment, or picking a family member up, or trying to get to the store, before it closed. Thats just me though, I was brought up that way.

No, you have the right of way unless the other driver has a green left turning arrow and you will know that if your light is red and you are allowed to turn right on red.

Right turns have the right-of-way, so the oncoming car should wait until your through the intersection

no need for you to give way, the car turning against traffic, which is your left-turning guy, is supposed to yield... unless... you are turning onto a road that has 2 lanes, if so, you turn into the extreme right lane, the left turning guy could turn into the left lane

No, the left turn always yields to oncoming traffic... the exception being a turn arrow on a stop light.

You have the right of way. The person turning left has to yield to you.
