You need to convert your tire size to inches in height. You can run up to 31" tires without a lift.

NOOOO! They will not fit. I had a 98 G.C. Limited that I put a Rubicon Express 3.5" superflex suspension kit on, and they reccomended using a 31" tire with the lift. I decided to try 32" and caused sever damage to the front fenders while on the trail. I switched to a 245/75/16, the reccomended metric size and did fine. I would not reccomend those tires on a stock G.C. You might fit the 265/75/15 with budget lift or coil spacers.

If you have 15" rims, you should not have a problem. 75 series tires are not that wide. If in doubt, have one mounted (probably $5-$10) and test fit it on front and rear. Make sure that you cut the steering wheel completely both directions when on the front and look for any possible rubbing.
Hope this helps!

Whatever the stock tire size is for your jeep should stay the same. Do no put bigger tires on a vehicle, it throws the speedometer off by a couple of mph

According to Discount tire company that is the metric equivalent to a 31x10.5x15. It should fit, but it might be a little tight, which is ok if it's only driven on the street.
